ВОТ! Я так и знал, что они сделают это.
Опытный американский пневмоохотник David " Sniperdad69 " на днях добыл чёрного медведя из РСР-винтовки 0.45 калибра, мощностью 950 Дж.
Пуля прошла навылет оба лёгких. Охотник пишет, что после попадания пули зверь пытался встать на задние лапы, но зашатался "как пьяный" и упал. Зверь упал через 23 секунды после поражения пулей (смотрите его отчёт).
Можете верить или не верить, но у меня нет сомнений, что это реальный факт и фотографии. Потому что у этой РСР-винтовки DAQ калибра 0,45 (11,5мм) действительно бывает мощность 700 fpe, что равно 950 Дж.
Пули он применил весом 425 грэйн, это 28 грамм, форма пули- с плоским носом Flat Nose FN. Это форма пули имеет хорошую убойность.
Из его отчёта следует, что он стрелял с засидки на дереве на высоте трёх метров от земли.
Рискованное очень мероприятие, никому не советую, но охотник это сделал.

Man what a rush. I was heading down the tree, Cold and ready to go home at 2.15.

I was literally only 10 ft off the ground, (from the 30ft I was hunting from.)
Suddenly I see him running straight towards me, My heart was beating out my chest. I prayed for the shot I needed, as I knew that I only had one chance, he was big, and fast. This was no caged, farm animal, he was a Dangerous Big Game in the full meaning of the term, and he was Running towards me. And I am only one leap away from the ground.

OK, as few quick breaths, and "Thank you Lord", he suddenly turns, slowed down, and began to walk across in front of me. I then realize that he was only running to keep momentum up the steep mountain side, and that he didn't even see me.

Now my heart is calm enough to cock the Heavily modified.457 DAQ that already has the 425gr Flat nose solid Muzzle loaded. He hears the sear click, paused and looks back at me. now my old Heart is ready to explode. No time to second guess, PULL THE TRIGGER RAPIDLY. OK so I was slightly excited. BOOM, THWACK.

He lets out an amazingly load Raw, lifts off the ground on his hind legs with his left arm above his head, takes a couple staggering steps while still vertical, then he charges into several trees, bouncing from one to another as if he was drunk. 23 second later he crashes head first, body flips over the top of head and he lays motionless against a tree facing towards me, with his back leg still up the tree. He was completely shut down in 23 seconds. WOW it is amazing what almost 700 fpe will do.

Then the fun started, I had to drag him to, and get him up into the truck by myself. Man was I glad I could drive down below him and roll him most of the way to the truck. 300 pounds of dead weight, and nothing to grab hold of. the fer on a Black Bear is amazingly slippery.

After I finally get him loaded, my hunting buddy calls me back. "Do you need any help?" well I was glad for the help skinning, and preparing the coolers.
It would have been nice for him to have helped drag, and lift the beast, but anyway, I will be having Smoked Bear soon, Jummy.

Мои извинения за полную цитату этого отчёта, однако согласитесь, что этот удивительный факт заслуживает подробного изложения. Такое не каждый день добывают.
Это очередная ступень в осознании реальных возможностей охотничьих РСР-винтовок на охоте по крупным зверям. РСР-винтовки, их самые мощные образцы, в руках опытного человека могут быть способны на многое на близких дистанциях.
Ещё раз подтвердился факт, что мощные винтовки 0.45 калибра и тяжёлые пули с плоским носом FN реально способны добыть вполне серьёзного зверя.
( ни в коей мере никого не призываю идти на медведей! , разумеется это чрезвычайно опасно!; просто это любопытный факт о способности оружия )
