I have just received this Knife.
OAL 275mm
Blade length 153mm

Yes the blade saw teeth are functional to cut materials like wood or bone. The tool kit includes a small bimetal hacksaw blade to cut metal. There is also a fire steel that can sharpen blade and generate sparks to start a fire.
There is a full length tang but the grip covers it on one side.

Tool steel will rust if not protected. I protect tool steel blades with a oil and wax coating. This method works keeps the blade free of rust. Tool steel will hold a sharp edge longer and is easier to sharpen then stainless steel.
I am a collector of many things. I plan to use this knife for hunting.
